WELLNESS
Move. Reset. Recharge.
Wellness doesn't need to be a retreat in the mountains. Most of it is small, repeated and close to home.

The wellness industry would like you to believe that feeling better requires a trip, a programme or a very expensive mat. For most of us, the honest answer is less exciting: sleep a bit more, move most days, eat something green, and get outside before your phone does.
Make it easy, not heroic
Habits stick when the friction is low. A gym you have to drive to in Lagos traffic is a gym you'll visit twice. One a lift ride away is one you'll actually use, even if only for twenty minutes before work.
“Habits stick when the friction is low.”
The same goes for rest. A bedroom that's properly dark, a mattress that doesn't fight you, a home quiet enough to fall asleep in — these do more for most people than any supplement.
The reset
We like to think of the week as having small reset points. Sunday evening, clean sheets. Wednesday, a long walk. Friday, cooking for friends instead of going out. None of it is a regime. It's just a rhythm that makes the rest of life a little lighter.
